We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer returns, exchanges, and store credit under the following terms.

Returns & Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund-no questions asked.
  • Exchanges and store credit are available for up to 30 days after purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or altered items, including resized jewelry
  • Final sale items

To Return an Item:

  1. Notify us of your intent to return by emailing erezonline2018@gmail.com
  2. Ship your item to: Erez Inc. 752 Gilman Street, Berkeley, CA 94710, US.
  3. Insure the package for the price paid and provide a tracking number.

Items sent without prior notification will not be accepted

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank for further details.

If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please email erezonline2018@gmail.com.

Exchanges

  • If your item is damaged or defective, we will replace it. 
  • To exchange an item, contact us at erezonline2018@gmail.com

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return.
  • If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves first, the refund will go to them.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days for any reason, provided it is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted.
